To place an order: Once you have logged in, please go to the shopping cart, then select your items which will be added to your cart ready for checkout. The number of items in you cart will be displayed next to the shopping cart icon top right. Once you have checked out, orders received by 12.00 noon on Wednesday will be delivered on Friday of the same week. Orders placed after this deadline will be delivered the following Friday.

To make a return: please expand the order management tab, and select create a return. Once you have created your return the wearer’s allocation will refresh accordingly, and you will then need to create a new order for any replacement garments required following the usual ordering process. Please remember to arrange a collection and send returns back to JSD as soon as possible.

Special Measures, Medical Conditions and Allergies: If any colleagues require garments outside of the standard uniform range please go to special request tab and download the relevant forms, to be completed and emailed to dufry@jsd.co.uk.

To cancel or delete an order: Once you have placed an order for a wearer you cannot change it yourself – please contact the JSD Customer Service team on 01375 642 97 or via email dufry@jsd.co.uk.
